It’s a very common question we get here at SanLi Education as one of Hong Kong’s Top SAT Test Preparation providers.
Many of these questions are on the College Board’s website, but sometimes people just don’t know how to navigate to the proper section. As you can see from the following, it takes the CB about 14 business days to process the scores and send them out to the colleges and student.
As of December 6th, the last SAT exam in 2014, there appears to only be 5 SAT Test Centers with seats in Hong Kong for the upcoming test in early 2015.

As you can see, Hong Kong is your best bet if you are on the mainland of China and want to take the exam. More proof is in this post showing that there aren’t any seats in nearby Taiwan either for the January 2015 SAT as of December 6, 2014.
Looking around the region near Hong Kong or near China, we researched what countries seem to have seats. As of December 6th, 2014, it appears that Taiwan is all full.
